I switched my kids to this dentist because of a bad experience with their last one. The Kakouras team is absolutely amazing. I usually schedule all our cleanings together, and my husband comes along to help with our toddler. Today I was alone and a bit nervous to get my cleaning done at the same time as my 3-year-old. She did so well, everyone was so gentle, helpful, and informative. No tears or tantrums, she got her cleaning and imaging done while I was getting mine. I love the treatment we get here and highly recommend them.

I’m sad to say I’ll be seeking dental care elsewhere. I truly love Dr. Kakouras, but unfortunately my experiences with Barbara at the front desk have consistently been unpleasant. Her communication often feels rude and combative, to the point that it affects my overall experience with the office. I even requested that she not contact me directly, but that boundary was not respected. I recommended this office to several family members, and sadly they’ve also chosen to leave for the same reason (Barbara!!). After 10 years as a patient, this is disappointing, but for my own peace of mind I feel it’s best to move on.
