I've had a fair amount of dental work over the years, and I can confidently say that Dr. Kakouras at Kakouras Family Dentistry is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is incredibly thorough and patient, taking the time to ensure every detail is perfect. The work he's done for me is nothing short of amazing, especially when it came to restoring improper work from a previous dentist. The hygienists are also fantastic—my teeth always feel great after each visit. There are plenty of dentists out there, but I choose Kakouras Family Dentistry because they truly are the best. Everyone at the office is so friendly, with happy, smiling faces that make each visit a pleasure. My favorite hygienist, Rachel, does an amazing job every time. Dr. Kakouras is hands down the best dentist—gentle, kind, and always concerned about my comfort. I recently had my first porcelain crown placed for a severely broken tooth, and it was a piece of cake thanks to Dr. Kakouras. Now, I can chew without pain, and the crown looks perfect. The office is modern and spotless, reflecting the high standards of care they maintain. It's no surprise they've won several awards and accolades, including the Charlotte Observer’s Best Dentist for over 5 years in a row. I have been coming to Kakouras Family Dentistry for years and I love it. I switched to Dr Kakouras after several bad dental experiences so I came to them with a lot of fear and anxiety over having any dental work done. Since day one they've taken the time at every appointment to walk through my X-rays and treatment plan, answer any questions, give me advice and recommendations. I even moved for a few years and would come down for dentist appointments because I trust them so much with my teeth. I’ve had fillings, a root canal and two crowns done by Dr Kakouras over the years and my teeth look and feel great. Highly recommend! 10/10
