Where do I even begin? I was in excruciating pain for four days, visited the emergency room and my primary care physician, but found no relief. On Friday, July 19, 2024, I called Kakouras Family Dentistry in tears, explaining my situation. Barbara at the front desk was incredibly sensitive and, despite me not being a previous patient, got me in for a consultation right away. Later that same day, Dr. Kakouras spent over two hours treating the infection in my tooth and upper bone. The medical assistant was as kind and sweet as can be (I was too out of it to remember her name). The entire office staff made me feel loved, welcomed, and cared for. The office was extremely clean, neat, and well-organized. Cost and payment planning were upfront and clearly explained, including a thorough explanation of how reimbursement would work. I can't thank Kakouras Family Dentistry enough for their care, compassion, and excellent medical care. The very next day after my procedure, I was up and about enjoying life again. I highly recommend this dental group to anyone for their dental care. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Kakouras Family Dentistry! You embody what medical care should be.
