The hygienists are fantastic, and the front desk staff is the best in the business. Recently, my insurance was expiring soon, and I needed some dental work done urgently. Dr. Kakouras quickly appointed me and did a phenomenal job on the treatment that was needed. My crown looks so natural and fits like a glove. The office went above and beyond normal protocols to accommodate me and ensure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I have been a patient at Kakouras Family Dentistry for 8 years, and the care I've received is exceptional. All the hygienists are great, but Rachel is my favorite. She performed a deep scaling in the past and has gotten my gums to health. Dr Helms and Dr. Kakouras have done perfect cosmetic work and fillings, keeping my smile looking and feeling great. One of the best features of this wonderful dental practice is that it is privately owned by both dentists and not a corporation like other dental offices. You have to be careful with corporate dental offices, they don’t look out for the patients’ best interest and only cater to shareholders of the corporations. Barbara at the front desk ensures perfect timing and scheduling, always greeting me with a smile. It's obvious they care about their patients' well-being. They are detail-oriented and thorough with all aspects of dentistry. You can honestly tell this is their passion and not just a job. You really are family here. This is true family dentistry!
