Even though there were other offices closer to us, something about this practice felt right—and it truly was the best decision. The dentistry is spotless, modern, and fully equipped with the latest technology. Everyone here is kind, caring, and professional. They always explain everything in detail, including how insurance works, and we always know in advance what to expect. Appointments are on time, and everything is ready the moment we arrive. Dr. Kakouras and Dr. Helms are outstanding — highly skilled, patient, and compassionate. Even though I don’t speak English very well, communication has never been a problem. The staff is so friendly, and Spanish-speaking assistance has been available whenever needed. We always feel welcome and well cared for here. Kakouras Family Denistry did an amazing job with my cleaning, root canal and crown that was needed. They got my crown in early and put on. I had the temporary for less than a week. They are very proficient and are the only dentist I'll go to in Charlotte.
