Barbara at the front desk was incredibly polite and accommodating with scheduling, making everything seamless and stress-free. Dr. Kakouras did a phenomenal job on my root canal and porcelain crown for a front tooth. I was initially nervous, but he put me completely at ease and truly nailed it! The crown is a perfect match to my symmetrical tooth, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It's clear that Dr. Kakouras is a true professional with exceptional skill. I had a disappointing experience trying to schedule an appointment. When I asked about different time slot availability, Barbara was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering helpful options, she seemed irritated by my questions. Customer service is just as important as the service itself, and unfortunately, this interaction left a bad impression. Will never return again.
