I used to be afraid of coming to the dentist, which led to neglect of my oral health on my part, but that all changed when I became a patient of Kakouras Family Dentistry. When I first called, the front desk assured me I would be in good hands. My hygienist, Alicia, was absolutely amazing. She has not only helped me get my mouth back into good shape but also coached me on how to improve my techniques. Dr. Kakouras and Dr. Helms have been equally great. They made me feel valued and never shamed me once. They were so kind in their demeanor during my most vulnerable moments, and I’m forever grateful. All the work they have done has been outstanding, always putting my comfort first. A huge bonus for this office is that they offer nitrous oxide sedation to help calm one’s nerves and ease anxiety. Recently, I had my first crown completed by Dr. Kakouras, something I never could have imagined three years ago. The experience was the best, and I would highly recommend this dental office.
