Over the weekend, I experienced severe pain from a tooth that needed a crown, which I had been neglecting. I called Kakouras Family Dentistry, and they got me in first thing this morning. Dr. Kakouras determined that the tooth needed a root canal and offered immediate treatment. He did a magnificent, painless job completing the root canal and even placed the crown today. I recently had an incredible experience with Kakouras Family Dentistry that I must share. I was in intense dental pain with a swollen chin and called their office. Barbara, the receptionist, listened to my situation and informed me that Dr. Kakouras wanted to see me immediately. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a sympathetic tone, which reassured me that I was in good hands. Blanche, the dental assistant, was warm and compassionate, which helped calm my nerves. Dr. Kakouras introduced himself and carefully examined my condition, determining that I had an abscessed tooth caused by trauma from my bite. He explained the need to drain the infection, followed by a root canal and crown. Dr. Kakouras was a godsend. He alleviated my facial swelling and treated the tooth painlessly. His special technique, which he teaches to dental students, ensured that I didn’t even feel the needle. After the procedure, Dr. Kakouras called me twice over the weekend to check on my progress, ensuring that I could still go on my once-a-year family vacation. Today, I received my porcelain crown, which looks even better than my original tooth. Dr. Kakouras is truly a miracle worker who prioritizes patient care and comfort. I will be forever grateful for him and his exceptional staff. I highly recommend Kakouras Family Dentistry to anyone in need of dental care.
