Perfectionism and Warmth - by Pamelazita B. My husband and I are new patients of Kakouras Family Dentistry and we cannot be more pleased. We chose Drs. Tommy & Melissa's practice because of the excellent reviews that they have received from their patients. Everyone is so welcoming, professional and caring. Office staff, Barbara and Tracy, greet you when you enter the office and make scheduling such an easy process. I needed to have my upper, right, central incisor crown replaced due to a horizontal crack in the porcelain. Dr. Tommy listened to my concerns and was very exacting in removing the cracked crown, ordering a new crown and communicating with the lab that would make the new one. His assistant, Nancy, was exacting as she prepared a temporary crown. Two weeks later, Dr. Tommy, assisted by Morgan, removed the temporary crown and placed the new crown in my mouth; perfect color and perfect size. I am so pleased. My wife and I have been seeing both Dr. Tommy and Dr. Melissa Kakouras since 2006, and we couldn’t be happier. They are truly amazing dentists—highly knowledgeable, incredibly caring, and their professionalism is unmatched.
