Dr K, Barbara and entire dental staff at Kakouras Family Dental are so very welcoming and kind. I had 2 small fillings at 8AM this morning with no numbing needed and was out the door by 8:30. Love it here!! ❤️

My mom went here to get a simple teeth clean and they coerced her into doing a FULL mouth deep clean without fully educating her on the procedure. My mom can understand english but given that they were very prejudice, they decided to take advantage of her. As a medical professional, you should ABSOLUTELY know how to educate your patients especially if you're going to do a FULL MOUTH deep clean (which is usually separated into sessions!!!!) in one day! She went home that day unable to eat or drink properly because of the anesthesia on BOTH sides of her face. The other crazy thing is that they didn't even do a full deep clean! They just numbed her up for fun, and gave her a regular cleaning and on top of that my mom went home with a chip in her tooth which they said they would fix for $200?? They did the full "deep clean" so insurance would not cover it and my mom would have to pay the full amount to them which just shows how money hungry they are. I am absolutely furious. When my mom confronted them about it, their response was "do you have an education in dentistry?". That is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I am angered to say the least. This place should not be in business. There is absolutely no way you all are working in a profession that requires you to put patients first.
